Shipping

SHIPPING POLICY

  1. Carpet orders are delivered within 12-15 working days from the date of shipping.
  2. Cushion orders are delivered within 5-7 working days from the date of shipping.
  3. Carpets and Cushions are carefully inspected prior to shipment, and request you to check your order upon receipt.
  4. If a defect is discovered, please contact our Customer Care team at +919034003202 or
    customercare@obeetee.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  5. Our office timings are 10:00 am – 6:30 pm from Monday to Saturday. (Excluding National Holidays).
